Currently, health facilities and a healthy environment are important things and become the needs of stakeholders.
They expect the university can provide adequate hygiene facilities such as good water sanitation, hand washing
facilities, good air circulation, and room sterilization. In addition, the existence of policies related to internet cost
incentives for stakeholders is a necessity.
4.2. Changes to Stakeholder Engagement
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in changes in stakeholder expectation at universities, especially related to the
learning method, social, economic, environmental aspects, and implementation of health protocols, as shown in
Table 1:

2. The virtual method of organizing events (webinars, graduations, orientation, etc.) gets more
enthusiasm from the participants
Stakeholder expectation in environmental and health aspects
1. Rooms are regularly sterilized
2. Rapid/swab tests are conducted on anyone who is still doing activities on campus
3. Increase in quality of sanitation and water around campus
4. There will be supervision and punishment for rule violators in health protocol
