SROI compares the net present value of benefits to the net present value of the resources invested, calculating the entire range of resulting values.
It is a framework for measuring and calculating value concepts. it seeks to reduce inequality and environmental degradation and increase well-being by incorporating social, environmental and economic costs and benefits.
