How to Become a Member
Join the Institute for Certified Sustainability Practitioners (ICSP) and become part of a professional community committed to advancing sustainability practices.
Membership Requirements for Professional Members
To apply for ICSP membership, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Diploma (DIII/DIV), Bachelor’s (S1), Master’s (S2), or Doctoral (S3) degree from any academic discipline.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in sustainability and responsible business practices.
- Have participated in sustainability-related training and hold the Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist (CSRS) and/or Certified Sustainability Financial Specialist (CSFS) certification.

A Development Platform for Students in Sustainability
The ICSP Associate Student Membership is for undergraduate students who have taken or are enrolled in sustainability-related courses. This program provides early exposure to professional sustainability practices, expands networks, and prepares students to become future sustainability practitioners.
