Having strong educational background of Accounting and Corporate Finance from reputable international Universities, she has over 30 years of experiences as scholars in University as well as various advisory roles as Business Consultant and Independent Board of Commissioners in Industries. She has PhD in Accounting and Finance from Manchester Business School – England. She also holds Master of Commerce’s degree in Management Accounting from New South Wales University – Sydney, Australia. Her undergraduate degree is awarded by Faculty of Economic, the University of Indonesia, majoring in Accounting.
Shortly after gaining her Master’s degree in the early 90’s, she joined Management Institute – Faculty of Economic – The University of Indonesia (LM-FEUI) as business consultant. Her business advisory skill was sharpened by years of experiences as management consultant to various State Owned Enterprises. She holds Certified Accountant qualification and being an active member of Indonesian Accountant Institute (IAI), In the Risk Management area, she holds Level 5 (five) – Risk Management for General Insurance qualification of Indonesian Association of General Insurance Expert, and also Certified Enterprise Risk Governance from Enterprise Risk Management Academy. Recently, she is awarded Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist (CSRS) by National Centre for Sustainability Reporting (NCSR), the official Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Counterpart for Certified Training in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand.
As university lecturer, she is actively engage in lecturing and conducting research project, both nationally and internationally. Her research interest is on the area of accounting and good governance in the context of corporation, public sector entities as well as State Owned Enterprises. She actively supervises PhD students and involve in research collaborations. Her research has been widely published in both accredited national journal as well as Scopus Indexed international journal.
